Meditation Challenge

Only a few days left to sign up for Sharon Salzberg's February Meditation Challenge.  While the purpose of meditation is not to become a "good meditator", I strongly believe that sitting every day--even if just for a few minutes, provides the foundation for living with more mindfulness and ease.
