My approach is both customized and collaborative. The training I offer is the synthesis of my experience as a presentation consultant and professor, and long time mindfulness and yoga practitioner and teacher. In a supportive atmosphere, I help clients live more mindfully and attain the professional and personal growth they are seeking.
I offer in person coaching and training in the Houston—area, or by phone or Zoom.
