Practice being aware of what’s going on inside and around you--just notice without judging as good or bad. Periodically throughout your day, ask yourself, “what am I aware of right now?” A sound, a smell, an emotion or thought…. Just noticing—and letting go of the story that may arise—helps to develop our Mindfulness muscle.
