TO BE MORE MINDFUL.....

Find short opportunities throughout the day to meditate. Longer meditations are great, but every moment of Mindfulness counts. Things that in the past felt like a waste of time--I now use as opportunities to practice.

My top 5: 

1. Sitting on an airplane 

2. In a taxi, Uber or Lyft 

3. Waiting for an appointment (OK to have eyes open--glance down instead of looking around) 

4. Between meetings at work

5. Before falling asleep at night
