Reduce stress by following these three steps: 1. NOTICE: When you first realize you are feeling stressed or anxious, notice where you feel it in your body. 2. SOFTEN: Often, just bringing awareness to the area allows it to soften. If not, see if you can just notice without judgement. 3. BREATHE.....
