TO BE MORE MINDFUL.....

PAUSE. At least once each day, pause and bring your attention to what you are doing. Notice what’s happening in the present moment with the intention of letting go of the surrounding story. Just know what is happening as it is happening. Sit--and know you are sitting, walk--and know you are walking, type--and know you are typing…… It’s that simple—but not easy to remember.
