TO BE MORE MINDFUL.....

You don't have to believe everything you think-(my favorite bumper sticker, I see it every time I'm in San Francisco.). We typically do believe our thoughts but really don't have to. The next time you have an unpleasant thought, notice it. Watch how it arises, stays for a while and passes away. It's helpful when we see that thoughts aren't permanent.
