  Informal mindfulness practice is great, but formal meditation everyday provides a strong foundation for daily life.  It doesn't have to be long, studies show that just 9 minutes a day can change the brain in positive ways.  And if you can't sit for 9 minutes, sit for 2 or even 1.  Hope you will join me in committing to sit everyday in February.  Would love to see comments about your experience.
