TO BE MORE MINDFUL....

Notice when a difficult emotion arises. Can you name it? Sadness, anger, frustration, loneliness, jealousy, wanting……… Try being with it, feeling it in the body without pushing it away. When the story arises (which it probably will), return your attention to the sensations in your body. Nothing to do or change, just notice. Perhaps you can catch a glimpse of it as it passes away.
